If the property uid is left to 0 then the email sent is sent to the email address configured in Admin > Jomres > Settings > Site Configuration > Your business details tab, Email option. Using a property uid will send the email to the address stored against that business, primarily the one saved in the Property Details page which itself can be overridden by the one stored in the Frontend > Property Configuration > "Your company details" section.
If the system cannot find valid tariffs for this property when visiting the booking form then the system will redirect guests to this Contant Owner page as a fallback.
